     While this scenario occurred on the Hudson River, back on the Fourth of July, it's apropos for Sally and I today. This morning she's in Manhattan, marching in the Thanksgiving Day Parade for Macy's, and tonight I'll be heading in to work an overnight shift at MSNBC. I'm thankful we'll at least be able to have dinner together later at her family's house in Massapequa.
