White Birches/Blue Sky
This image was captured yesterday, while on a day-trip to Woodstock, NY - which is only an hour away from us now. These white birch trees were outside the Villetta, one of the artist-in-residence buildings at The Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild's Byrdcliffe Arts Colony, founded in 1903. Byrdcliffe is "America's oldest continuing Arts and Crafts Colony" and The Villetta boardinghouse for Byrdcliffe students "operated as The French Camp for Children during World War II."
