When I originally posted this picture, nearly two years ago, I didn't know what it was. We were living in Sugar Loaf, NY at that time, and I don't recall exactly where I found this wildflower. One year later I had two different mulleins - common mullein and White Moth mullein - growing in the large section of our yard that I  left mostly unmolested by mowing.
