Aftermath
A look at the results of a week-long battle against a 2,028-acre wildfire on Sam’s Point, that started on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016. The fire was declared 100 percent contained by the following Thursday, and the remaining state and federal responders were packing up and preparing to leave Sam’s Point by noon on Sunday, May 1st.
