The Piecycle & The Pie Truck
"At Beacon Pie Company, we’ve decided to ditch the storefront and got our start vending from a converted ice cream tricycle. We call it The Piecycle! Our Piecycle served us well in its first season and is still available for events.
This coming 2016 season, we will be unveiling The Pie Truck! We got our hands on a 1962 ice cream truck and are currently working on pieifying it. The truck will allow us to offer more varieties of pie, as well as ice cream, whipped cream, pie shakes, and so much more."
