"Sunrise 11-15-10"
One of the few advantages to the lengthening nights of late autumn is the fact that the sun rises later too. This view was what I saw out my back door yesterday morning; so I stepped out onto the deck with my camera a few times, and captured 10 different versions of the early morning sky. Within a half hour the sky had become completely overcast.
I've seen many glorious dawns and sunrises here in my house-barge, over the last almost three years of living on the water, but this may be the finest sky I've been able to witness yet.
While sunrise and sunset photos are common, and I try not to take (or post) too many of them - for fear of appearing repetitious, or becoming formulaic in my photography - I still can't resist a beautiful sky.
