"Eastern Iowa Landscape"



          This is a look out the window of the Delta Airlines CRJ-200 that we were aboard last week, en route from Detroit Metro Airport to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Our final destination was the town of Fairfield, Iowa.

          I increased the contrast, desaturated the original (nominally) color photo into a black and white, and cropped the image for better composition, using Photoshop CS.





"Above Furrowed Clouds"


Flying above what looked to be a newly plowed field of cloud.











"Ruffled Clouds"


Another view out the window of our plane. Both this photo, and the one immediately above it, were edited with Photoshop CS for increased contrast, desaturation of color, and moderate cropping.
