"Multi-Colored Maelstrom"
Today's picture is another photomanipulation, one that started with a fairly low quality digital photo from a Casio digital camera - my first. This must have been sometime back in early 1998. At that time I played around with Photoshop 3, and created something I called Neon Ice, which I posted on deviantART in March of 2006 - right after joining.
Recently I decided it needed some more work, before sharing it here on my blog. So I spent a few hours, mostly during train rides home at night after work, using Photoshop 7 on my netbook, and came up with what you see now. This might not be the final iteration of this artwork; but then again, it might. Here's Neon Ice, in all its monochromatic 'glory':
