This is the main entrance of the 17 story pre-war apartment building, built in 1930, which I've pictured above. From a quick search with Google, I found that rents here average about $3,250/month for a one bedroom, and range from $4,700 - $12,995 for flats with two bedrooms and two baths!
I've done quite a bit of adjusting levels in this image with Photoshop, and some correcting of barrel distortion, but I'm still not completely happy with the results. I may try editing this photo further; and, if I do, I'll update this post with the new picture. In the meantime, I'd greatly appreciate any comments or constructive criticisms.
