"Coe Hall #3"
This third image from Sunday's visit to Planting Fields Arboretum was photographed from a balcony overlooking the first floor of Coe Hall. I was captivated by the mixture of both the different color temperatures of the light, from indoors and outdoors, and the combining of architectural elements. While I was shooting from inside, the archway on the left and what look to be roofing tiles under the windows on the right tend to make it appear that I was outside looking in. In fact, I had my camera resting on an interior wooden balustrade during this 1/2 second exposure.
I have more pictures coming from both our tour of Coe Hall and a prior trip we'd made to Planting Fields a few weeks earlier.
