The title tells the entire story, pretty much; it was a snowy, blowy and cold Friday morning, as I waited for my train to Manhattan. Judging from the sole set of footprints, not too many people had ventured forth from the Seaford LIRR station, as of yet. The newly installed sodium vapor street lights, on the recently renovated platform, illuminated the wind-strewn flakes with an eerie sort of Super-Sepia spectra - emulating, and understudying for, an early morning sunlight that would not be seen on that blustery, mid-winter's day.
